LAMB has set up a 24 hour service to be able to assist you or families with services that can be use to help capture some of the most precious memories of their baby or child before he or she is buried or cremated.
LAMB are able to assist and arrange FREE PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHERS though Heartfelt, a Not for Profit Organisation that are dedicated to giving the gift of photographic memories. Parents are provided with a full set of prints and all photos on a disc at ABSOLUTELY NO CHARGE!
We are also able to arrange HAND AND FOOT SCULPTURES, precious FINGER PRINT JEWELLERY and many more services.
LAMB is committed to assisting families in the collection of memories in the easiest less stressful way possible. We have created a 1300 number for parents to access, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The concept of this service is to allow parents to have access to all the services available to them without having to call various businesses and explaining their story several times over. Most of the services used to collect and create memories are best accessed before the burial. We know it is an extremely difficult time for parents to be looking for phone numbers and communicating with people unaware of their circumstances. By calling our 1300 number, parents will only be required to make one single phone call which will be answered by a person who is sensitive and understanding of nature and from then on LAMB does the seeking and explaining. We then provide parents with the appropriate appointment times.
All services are carried out with the utmost respect to the family and the baby/child and are completely under supervision of hospital staff, parents or the mortician.
